1. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Electrical systems may contain concealed hazards or code violations not visible during inspection. Additional work required will be quoted separately. Estimates valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Change Orders

Any work outside the agreed scope requires customer approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment due upon completion
• Larger jobs may require deposits or progress payments
• Late payments may incur fees
• Work may pause on unpaid invoices

Customer agrees to pay collection and legal fees if account becomes delinquent.

4. Scheduling & Site Access

Customer agrees to:

• Provide safe access to work area
• Secure pets
• Clear workspaces when necessary

Missed appointments without notice may incur a trip charge.

5. Permits & Inspections

Permits will be obtained when required unless otherwise stated. Permit and inspection scheduling is controlled by the municipality and may delay completion.

6. Code Compliance

Work performed will meet current electrical code requirements for the area worked on. Existing wiring outside the scope is not included in upgrades unless specified.

7. Warranty

GREEN ELEPHANT ELECTRIC LLC provides:

• 1-Year workmanship warranty on labor
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

Warranty does not cover:

• Pre-existing wiring failures
• Damage by others
• Abuse or misuse
• Water intrusion
• Power surges or utility issues
• Acts of nature

8. Limitation of Liability

Company is not responsible for:

• Hidden defects
• Existing wiring failures
• Utility power interruptions
• Consequential or incidental damages

Maximum liability limited to amount paid for service.

9. Cancellations

Canceled jobs may incur charges for:

• Ordered materials
• Permit fees
• Labor performed

10. Photo Use

We may photograph completed work for documentation and portfolio purposes. No personal identifying information will be published without permission.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and resolved in the county where work occurred.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Approval of estimate or allowing work to begin constitutes acceptance of these terms.
