My name is Taylor, and I built my career working on a wide range of projects in Seattle—from large-scale commercial work with companies like Microsoft and Amazon, to both major sports stadiums in the area, as well as high-end residential remodels for Microsoft executives. That experience shaped how I approach every job today: detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on delivering a clean, professional result. Now based in Arizona, we specialize in custom homes, luxury remodels, and commercial buildouts, working closely with contractors and homeowners to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets the highest expectations.

Bryant is also responsible for the company’s philanthropic efforts — including donations supporting elephant conservation — which inspired the Green Elephant name. His leadership ensures every project integrates thoughtful design, efficient systems and the highest construction standards.

Quentin Hick / Director of Business Development

Quentin Hick brings to the team three years of commercial real estate experience, one year with DR Horton, and his Masters in Real Estate Development from WP Carey School of Business at ASU. Quentin’s team role is helping prospects match their needs to Green Elephant Construction services to meet their unique lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. Brian Yelder / Partner, Business Development support, Job efficiency support, Jobsite coordination

Brian Yelder brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development, new construction, and large-scale renovations. Beginning his career as a licensed Realtor in 2012, he has developed, renovated, and built residential properties across Arizona and Detroit. As founder and qualifying party for Black Diamond Signature Homes, Brian has led multiple ground-up and spec home projects ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 sq. ft. Known for his strong subcontractor relationships and investor-minded approach, he emphasizes quality craftsmanship, transparent cost management, and timeless design.

Kristian Cotta brings nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail brokerage and development.
